Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 15 December, 2023

On Friday, the benchmark indices were trading higher with the Sensex up around 411 points or 0.58% at 70,950 while the Nifty-50 up around 115 points or 0.54% at 21,300. About 2,087 shares have advanced, 1,407 declined, and 174 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index are as follows:

The top Sensex gainers were Infosys Ltd, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd and HCL Technologies Ltd whereas the top Sensex losers were Axis Bank, ITC Ltd and Nestle India Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading higher, with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.28% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.81%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd and L&T Technology Services Ltd while the top small-cap gainers were Infibeam Avenues Ltd and Mangalam Cement Ltd.

The BSE IT Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and the BSE FMCG Index was the top losing sector. The BSE IT Index soared 3.15% led by Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd and Infosys Ltd while the BSE FMCG Index was down 0.50% dragged down by Nestle India Ltd and BCL Industries Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these 3 stocks were trending: Zensar Technologies Ltd, Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd and Kiri Industries Ltd.
