Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 19 February, 2024

On Monday, the benchmark indices were trading in the green with the Sensex up around 100 points or 0.15% at 72,527 while the Nifty-50 up around 40 points or 0.18% at 22,081. About 2,388 shares have advanced, 1,278 declined and 186 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index are as follows:

The top Sensex gainers were Bharati Airtel Ltd, Bajaj Finance Ltd and ICICI Bank whereas the top Sensex losers were Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Wipro Ltd and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading in the green, with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.43% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.72%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Crisil Ltd and Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd while the top small-cap gainers were Paisalo Digital Ltd and Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd.

The BSE Utilities Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and the BSE Realty Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Utilities Index soared 1.2% led by KPI Green Energy Ltd and NHPC Ltd while the BSE Realty Index was down 0.80% dragged down by DLF Ltd and Sobha Ltd

In the pre-opening session, these 3 stocks were trending: Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd, SJVN Ltd and Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd.
