Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 03 April, 2024

On Wednesday, the benchmark indices were trading in the green with the Sensex down around 90 points or 0.12% at 73,815, while the Nifty-50 down around 27 points or 0.12% at 22,428. About 2,286 shares have advanced; 907 declined and 114 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index:

The top Sensex gainers were Tech Mahindra Ltd, Ultratech Cement Ltd and HCL Technologies Ltd while the top Sensex losers were Kotak Mahindra Bank, IndusInd Bank and Nestle India Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading in green with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.26% and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.72%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd and Oil India Ltd, while the top small-cap gainers were GE Power India Ltd and Abans Holdings Ltd.

The BSE Metals Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and the BSE Realty Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Metals gained by 0.80%, up by Steel Authority of India Ltd and Hindalco Industries Ltd while the BSE Realty Index is down by 1.11% dragged by Macrotech Developers Ltd and Godrej Properties Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these three stocks were trending: Gensol Engineering Ltd, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd and Best Agrolife Ltd.
