Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 03 July, 2024

On Wednesday, the benchmark indices were trading in the green with the Sensex up around 510 points or 0.64% at 79,952, while the Nifty-50 was up around 155 points or 0.65% at 24,278. About 2,184 shares have advanced; 1,021 declined and 103 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index:

The top Sensex gainers were HDFC Bank, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank while the top Sensex losers were Ultratech Cement Ltd, Tata Motors Ltd and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading in the green with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.71% and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.61%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd and REC Ltd. In contrast, D-Link India Ltd and Kingfa Science & Technology (India) Ltd were the top small-cap gainers.

The BSE Bankex Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and the BSE IT Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Bankex Index gained by 1.75%, up by Federal Bank and ICICI Bank while the BSE IT Index plunged by 0.11%, down by Onward Technologies Ltd and Genesys International Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these three stocks were trending: Vraj Iron & Steel Ltd, Cellecor Gadgets Ltd and JSW Infrastructure Ltd.
