Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 7 November, 2023

On Tuesday, the benchmark indices were trading lower with the Sensex down around 120 points or 0.20% at 64,840 and the Nifty-50 down around 18 points or 0.09% at 19,395. About 1,907 shares have advanced, 1,440 declined, and 190 are unchanged on the BSE. 

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index are as follows:

The top Sensex gainers were NTPC Ltd, Sun Pharmaceuticals Ltd and IndusInd Bank and IndusInd Bank whereas the top Sensex losers were ITC Ltd, Power Grid Corporation of India and ICICI Bank.  

The indices in the broader markets were trading higher, with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.26% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.26%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were SJVN Ltd and Gland Pharma Ltd while the top small-cap gainers were Apollo Micro Systems Ltd and Hariom Pipe Industries Ltd.  

The BSE Oil & Gas Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and the BSE Realty Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Oil & Gas Index soared 1.11% led by HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd while the BSE Realty Index was down 0.90% dragged down by Macrotech Developers Ltd and Sobha Ltd  

In the pre-opening session, these 3 stocks were trending: Suzlon Energy Ltd, L&T Technologies Services Ltd and GTL Infrastructure Ltd.
