Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 9 November, 2023

On Thursday, the benchmark indices were trading flat with the Sensex down around 30 points or 0.05% at 64,947 and the Nifty-50 down around 9 points or 0.04% at 19,435. About 1732 shares have advanced, 1647 declined, and 156 are unchanged on the BSE. 

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index are as follows:

The top Sensex gainers were Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, IndusInd Bank and Tata Motors Ltd whereas the top Sensex losers were Bajaj Finance Ltd, Hindustan Unilever Ltd and Tech Mahindra Ltd.  

The indices in the broader markets were trading mixed, with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.25% and the BSE Small-cap index up 0.15%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Power Finance Corporation Ltd and Uno Minda Ltd while the top small-cap gainers were Ador Welding Ltd and Syncom Formulations (India) Ltd.  

The BSE Realty Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and the BSE Fast Moving Consumer Goods Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Realty Index soared 1.30% led by Sobha Ltd and Macrotech Developers while the BSE Fast Moving Consumer Goods Index was down 0.67% dragged down by Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd and Ugar Sugar Works Ltd.  

In the pre-opening session, these 3 stocks were trending: Welspun Corp Ltd, Poly Medicure Ltd and Jaiprakash Associates Ltd.
