In the first six months ended September 30, 2024, the company saw a significant portion of its revenue generated from hotel operations, amounting to ₹2,187.43 million. Revenue from room income followed closely at ₹1,123.29 million, while revenue from food and beverage sales contributed ₹866.65 million. Other hotel services, including banquet and membership fees, added ₹197.49 million.
On the non-hotel revenue side, annuity assets brought in ₹1,528.10 million, with rental income accounting for ₹1,384.54 million. Maintenance and parking charges generated ₹133.15 million, and commercial leasing activities contributed ₹7.28 million. Additionally, revenue from the sale of construction materials and fitout reached ₹3.13 million.
As per the RHP, the listed peers of the company are Chalet Hotels Limited, Samhi Hotels Limited, Juniper Hotels Limited, The Indian Hotels Company Limited, EIH Limited, Lemon Tree Hotels Limited and Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited.
In FY 2024, Ventive Hospitality’s revenue from operations stands at ₹4,779.80 million, significantly lower compared to its listed peers. Chalet Hotels Limited, for instance, has a much higher revenue of ₹14,172.52 million, while The Indian Hotels Company Limited leads with ₹67,687.50 crore.
In terms of net worth, Ventive’s is ₹3,305.54 million, which is also lower compared to its peers like The Indian Hotels Company Limited with a net worth of ₹1,01,287.10 million. Other peers such as EIH Limited and Lemon Tree Hotels Limited also show a higher net worth of ₹40,863.60 million and ₹15,464.28 million, respectively.
Ventive Hospitality Limited is a hospitality asset owner with a strong focus on luxury offerings across both business and leisure segments. It operates or franchises all its hospitality assets from renowned global operators such as Marriott, Hilton, Minor, and Atmosphere. As of September 30, 2024, the company’s portfolio includes 11 operational assets in India and the Maldives, offering a total of 2,036 keys across luxury, upper upscale, and upscale categories.
