Veranda Learning Solutions’ Subsidiary Partners with Sri Krishna College in Coimbatore

On June 18, 2024, Veranda Learning Solutions Limited informed in a stock exchange filing that its subsidiary, Veranda XL Learning Solutions, had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sri Krishna Arts and Science College in Coimbatore. This collaboration aims to offer a B.Com course enhanced with ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) accreditation.

Veranda Learning Solutions currently partners with over 350 prestigious institutes, including SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Vellore Institute of Technology, Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Sastra Deemed University, Rathinam College of Arts and Science, KL University, Amrita University, as well as various institutions through partnerships with state skill development organisations.

Veranda’s comprehensive educational offerings serve many learners, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals aiming for career advancement. Through strategic collaborations, Veranda provides value-added courses such as B.Com with Chartered Accountancy (CA), B.Com with ACCA accreditation, and MBA with ACCA.

The ACCA qualification, recognised in over 180 countries, equips graduates with credentials for lucrative global career opportunities. The program is designed to exempt students from nine out of the thirteen ACCA coursework exams, significantly accelerating their path to professional certification. Veranda plans to expand similar integrations across other degree programs such as BSc, BA, and BBA in the future.
