Vipul Organics Limited has announced that it has received Consent to Establish from the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) for its newly constructed factory building in Ambernath, Maharashtra.

This approval marks a significant step forward for the company, as it enables the new facility to increase its manufacturing capacity for Pigment Preparations by threefold. The move aligns with Vipul Organics’ ongoing efforts to enhance production capabilities and meet the growing demand for its high-quality pigment products.

The Ambernath facility, established in 1998, has been a cornerstone for the company’s production of Naphthols, Pigment Powders, Pigment Dispersions, Reactive Dyes, Acid Dyes, and Direct Dyes. With the expansion, Vipul Organics is poised to strengthen its position in the pigments market and cater to a wide array of industries, including Paint, Ink, Plastics, Textiles, Agriculture, Rubber, and Cosmetics.

Vipul Organics has built a reputation for offering world-class pigment solutions across various applications, such as automotive coatings, exterior coatings, printing inks, and masterbatches. Its diverse range of products and ability to provide tailored solutions to customers makes it a key player in the pigments market. The company’s flagship brands include SunTone for Pigment Powders and SunPrint, SunCoat, SunAqua, SunSeed, SunCos, and SunTint for Pigment Dispersions, which adhere to global regulatory standards.

A significant competitive advantage for Vipul Organics is its unique status as the only company in India that is both backward and forward-integrated. This total integration allows the company to produce its own pigment intermediates, which are then used to manufacture pigment powders and dispersions. This not only ensures consistent product quality but also offers cost-effective solutions to customers.

Additionally, Vipul Organics places a strong emphasis on sustainability. Its entire range of pigment dispersions is environmentally friendly, complying with global standards, and is free from harmful substances like APEO/NPEO and heavy metals. With the expansion of the Ambernath facility, Vipul Organics is well-positioned to continue delivering innovative and sustainable pigment solutions to its customers worldwide.
