Domestic indices, after commencing today’s trading session on a positive note, abruptly experienced a significant decline, affected by losses in the auto, banking, and FMCG sectors. Conversely, broader indices outperformed the main indices by a considerable margin.

At 11:00 am, the BSE Sensex declined 0.21% reaching a level of 72,950. The Nifty 50 index fell 0.09% to the 22,196 level. On the Sensex, NTPC Ltd, Power Grid Corporation of India and HCL Technologies were among the top gainers, whereas JSW Steel, Asian Paints and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries were among the market draggers.

    Shares of Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Ltd witnessed a modest growth today, accompanied by a remarkable 27-fold surge in trading volume, reaching an intraday high of Rs 1,269.90 per share on the BSE. The company is a multi-specialty tertiary and quaternary healthcare provider in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area (MMR) and the western region of India.

  • Hampton Sky Realty Ltd

    Shares of Hampton Sky Realty Ltd began the trading session by hitting the 20% upper circuit at Rs 38.26 per share on the BSE but promptly trimmed their gains. The company operates in the real estate development sector, focusing on the development of approved integrated industrial parks and other projects.

  • GHCL Ltd

    Shares of GHCL Ltd, experiencing an 8 times surge in trading volume today, were trading approximately 1% lower at an intraday low of Rs 502.85 per share on the BSE. The company is involved in the business of chemicals, yarn, and commodity products.

  • Oberoi Realty Ltd

    Shares of Oberoi Realty Ltd, experiencing a rise in buying interest, climbed more than 7% to reach a 52-week high of Rs 1,629.15 per share on the BSE.
