The domestic indices showed minimal movement, maintaining a flat trend, while a mixed investor sentiment was evident across various sectors. In contrast, broader indices notably outperformed the main indices.

At 10:30 am, the BSE Sensex edged down by 0.01%, reaching a level of 73,319. The Nifty 50 index edged down by 0.03% to the 22,090 level. On the Sensex, Titan, Tata Motors and Bajaj Finance were among the top gainers, whereas HCL Technologies, Wipro and Tech Mahindra were among the market draggers.

Some of the noteworthy volume movers are as follows:

Vedant Fashions Ltd: The trading volume of shares experienced a remarkable twelvefold increase, and they were marginally down, reaching an intraday low of Rs 1,213 on the BSE. Specializing in the Indian celebration wear market, the company serves as a comprehensive destination for all celebratory events and holds the top position in revenue for men’s Indian wedding and celebration attire.

Aster DM Healthcare Ltd: With a sevenfold increase in trading volume, the shares experienced a significant surge, reaching a new 52-week high of Rs 449.75 on the BSE. As one of the leading integrated private healthcare service providers, it stands out as one of the rare entities globally, boasting a robust presence across primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary healthcare.

ITI Ltd: The shares encountered a notable rise in trading volume, climbing by more than 15% today to reach a 52-week high of Rs 363.75 per share on the BSE. The company is actively involved in the manufacturing, trading, and servicing of telecommunication equipment, along with providing various associated and ancillary services.

Sinclairs Hotels Ltd: The Sinclairs Hotels Ltdshares underwent a threefold surge in trading volume, reaching a fresh 52-week high of Rs 319 on the BSE. Showcasing a consistent upward trajectory, the shares have been achieving consecutive record highs. The company owns and manages hotels and resorts strategically located in Burdwan, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Ooty, Port Blair, Siliguri, and Gangtok.
