Reflecting the resilience in global markets, domestic indices started today’s trading session on a cheerful note, with significant gains in the information technology, telecommunications, and energy sectors. Broader indices also experienced notable investor optimism. With 2,115 shares rising on the BSE and 804 shares declining, the advance-decline ratio strongly remained in favour of advances.

At 9:45 am, the BSE Sensex added 0.20% reaching a level of 73,135. The Nifty 50 index gained 0.18% to the 22,240 level. On the Sensex, Bharti Airtel, Infosys and Tech Mahindra were among the top gainers, whereas Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors and Power Grid Corporation of India were among the market draggers.

  • Varyaa Creations Ltd

    Shares of Varyaa Creations Ltd faced significant selling pressure today, hitting the 20% lower circuit and touching a 52-week low of Rs 141.20 per share on the BSE. The company specializes in wholesale trading of gold, silver, precious stones, and semi-precious stones, and also creates custom-made jewellery based on customer requirements.

  • CG Power & Industrial Solutions Ltd

    Shares of CG Power & Industrial Solutions Ltd experienced a 24-fold surge in trading volume, yet traded slightly lower after reaching a new 52-week high in the last trading session. The global enterprise offers comprehensive solutions to utilities, industries, and consumers for managing and applying efficient and sustainable electrical energy through its two main business segments including power systems and industrial systems.

  • Eco Recycling Ltd

    Shares of Eco Recycling Ltd saw a fourfold increase in trading volume, continuing the trend of hitting lower circuits, and were locked at a 5% lower circuit at Rs 512.70 per share on the BSE. The company is a leading E-waste management firm, offering comprehensive solutions including reverse logistics, data destruction, E-waste recycling, lamp recycling, precious metal recovery, and CSR initiatives.
