Domestic indices started the week on a sluggish note but quickly gained positive momentum and moved higher. Information technology, telecommunication, and metal stocks led the rally.

At 10:30 am, the BSE Sensex lost 0.02% reaching a level of 79,465. The Nifty 50 index dropped 0.02% to the 24,140 level. On the Sensex, Infosys, Power Grid Corporation of India and UltraTech Cement were among the top gainers, whereas Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, Bajaj Finance and ICICI Bank were among the market draggers.

  1. Pearl Global Industries Ltd

    Shares of Pearl Global Industries Limited experienced a 33 times increase in trading volume, gaining over 8% to reach an intraday high of Rs 807.65 per share on the BSE. Pearl Global Industries Ltd. is a holding company, which engages in the manufacture, design, sourcing, and exporting of ready-made garments. Its product range includes knits, woven, and bottoms across men, women, and kids wear. The firm operates through following geographical segments: Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, and Others.   2. Rane Holdings Ltd

    Shares of Rane Holdings Ltd climbed over 12% today, reaching an intraday high of Rs 1861.25 per share on the BSE, driven by heightened buying interest.Rane Holdings Ltd. engages in the manufacture and marketing of automotive components for the transportation industry. It operates through the India and Rest of the World geographical segments. The firm’s products include Steering and Suspension systems, friction materials, valve train components, occupant safety systems, light metal casting, after-market products, and provides telematics solutions. The company was founded in 1929 and is headquartered in Chennai, India.

  3. Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd

    Shares of Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd experienced a strong uptrend, soaring more than 2% today to reach an intraday high of Rs 2520.90 per share on the BSE. Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd. is a holding company, which engages in the manufacture of polyester films. It operates through the following geographical segments: Within India, China, and Rest of the World. Its products include polyester film/BOPET, BOPP, thermal lamination, and coated label. The company was founded by Bhalchandra Digamber Garware in 1933 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
