The domestic indices, marked by heightened volatility, exhibited modest fluctuations, with notable gains observed in the information technology, telecommunications, and auto sectors. At 10.45 am, the BSE Sensex gained 0.20%, reaching a level of 71,871. The Nifty 50 index advanced 0.24% to the 21,825 level. On the Sensex, Tata Consultancy Services, Bharti Airtel and Wipro were among the top gainers, whereas Power Grid Corporation of India, ITC Ltd and IndusInd Bank were among the market draggers.

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd: Experiencing a remarkable surge in trading volume, the shares soared over 2%, reaching an intraday high of Rs 2,166 on the BSE. The company stands out as one of the largest corporate healthcare groups in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Providing a comprehensive spectrum of healthcare services, including primary, secondary, and tertiary care, the company extends its reach across 2-3 tier cities.

Kennametal India Ltd: Witnessing a substantial 16-fold surge in trading volume, the shares surged around 4%, reaching an intraday high of Rs 2,600 on the BSE. The company specializes in the manufacturing of carbide tools and special-purpose machines, catering to diverse sectors such as automotive, defence, railways, infrastructure, and general engineering segments.

Triveni Turbine Ltd: Recording a significant 12-fold surge in trading volume, the shares witnessed a notable climb of around 12% today. The company is involved in the manufacturing and supply of power generating equipment and solutions. Its product range includes turbines designed for diverse industries such as sugar, cement, chemicals, textiles, paper, steel, biomass power, distillery, waste-to-energy, carbon black, oil & gas, food, district heating, and defence.

Ideaforge Technology Ltd: Experiencing an impressive 8-fold surge in trading volume, the shares surged by nearly 20% today. The company specializes in the manufacturing of Unmanned Aircraft Vehicles (UAVs) designed for mapping, security, and surveillance purposes. These drones exhibit versatility in various applications, including mining area planning and mapping across a wide range of sectors.
