Both the Sensex and Nifty have experienced a marginal uptick of 0.014% and 0.035%, respectively, whereas the Nifty Midcap and Nifty Smallcap segments are displaying a mixture of trading patterns. 

In terms of sectors, Nifty Realty, Nifty Auto, and Nifty FMCG have displayed strength as the top performers, while Nifty PSU Bank, Nifty IT, and Nifty Metal have incurred losses. 

Within the Nifty 50 index, Tata Motors, HCL Technologies, and IndusInd Bank have emerged as the leading gainers, while Infosys, Adani Enterprises, and Axis Bank find themselves among the prominent losers.

SecMark Consultancy Ltd offers services consulting, technology and outsourcing services to financial market participants. The stock has seen a substantial increase in trading volume, rising by more than 4.18 times, zooming and getting locked at 20% upper circuit to trade at an intraday high of Rs 101.70 per share on the BSE. 

Hindustan Bio Sciences

Hindustan Biosciences Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of pharmaceutical products. The stock has witnessed a significant surge in trading volume, increasing by more than 3.28 times and got locked at 20% upper circuit to trade at an intraday high of Rs 9.54 per share on the BSE.  

Emerald Finance

Emerald Finance is an NBFC registered with RBI engaged in the business of commission income, interest income and dividends. The stock has experienced a substantial increase in trading volume, rising by more than 72.60 times and surging and getting locked at 20% upper circuit to trade at an intraday high of Rs 23.23 per share on the BSE.  

GFL Ltd

GFL Limited, earlier known as Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited, is mainly engaged in operating and managing multiplexes and cinema theatres through its subsidiary. The stock has witnessed a substantial surge in trading volume, increasing by more than 16 times and getting locked at a 20% upper circuit at Rs 109.17 apiece on the BSE.
