The stock has experienced a significant spike in trading volume, surging by more than 2,312 times and getting locked at 2% upper circuit to trade at an intraday high and a new 52-week high level of Rs 14.99 per share on the BSE.

Bombay Burmah Trading Corp.Ltd

The company was formed to carry out the Teak business of William Wallace and was catering to domestic demands. Later in 1913, BBTCL turned to tea plantations by investing in Tea estates in South India. The stock has seen a substantial increase in trading volume, rising by more than 52 times, zooming and getting locked at 20% upper circuit to trade at an intraday high and a new 52-week high level of Rs 1,420.50 per share on the BSE.

GVK Power & Infra Ltd

GVK Power & Infrastructure Limited is primarily engaged in the business of providing operation and maintenance services, manpower & consultancy services. The stock has witnessed a significant surge in trading volume, increasing by more than 7.56 times and got locked at a 5% upper circuit to trade at an intraday high of Rs 8.93 per share on the BSE.

Sigachi Industries Ltd. (SIL) is one of the largest manufacturers of microcrystalline cellulose worldwide and has three multi-locational facilities in Telangana and Gujarat. The stock has witnessed a substantial surge in trading volume, increasing by more than 6.33 times and gaining over 13% to a new 52-week high at Rs 43.85 apiece on the BSE.
