The Sensex and Nifty are both on a downward trajectory, marking a plunge of 0.88% and 0.94%, respectively. In parallel, the Nifty Midcap and Nifty Smallcap segments are also exhibiting lower momentum, with a plunge of 1.05% and 1.27%, respectively.

Examining the constituents of the Nifty 50 index, notable gainers include Tata Steel, Nestle India, and State Bank of India. On the flip side, NTPC, Apollo Hospital, and Cipla stand out as prominent decliners.

Shashijit Infraprojects Ltd

Incorporated in 2007, Shashijit Infraprojects Ltd does the construction of residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings. The stock has seen a substantial increase in trading volume, rising by more than 6 times, hitting a 20% upper circuit at Rs 44.18 per share on the BSE. Ceinsys Tech Ltd

Ceinsys Tech Limited is a part of the conglomerate Meghe Group of institutions and provides engineering, geospatial, and IT solutions. The stock has witnessed a significant surge in trading volume, increasing by more than 3 times and trading at an intraday high and 52-week high of Rs 334 per share on the BSE.

Premier Polyfilm Ltd

The company is mainly engaged in the manufacturing, exporting, and sale of calendared PVC films, flexible vinyl flooring, sheeting, and leather cloth, etc. The stock has experienced a substantial increase in trading volume, rising by more than 2 times and trading at an intraday high of Rs 150.70 per share on the BSE.

The stock has witnessed a substantial surge in trading volume, increasing by more than 1.3 times and gaining 9.80 to an intraday high of Rs 28 apiece on the BSE.
