Wipro Ltd announced that the company was selected by the John Lewis Partnership (JLP) to transform and modernise its IT infrastructure, solidifying the UK retailer’s position as an industry leader. This strategic partnership will enable JLP to future-proof its business and sustain ongoing growth through cutting-edge technology.

Wipro FullStride Cloud will extend JLP’s existing cloud infrastructure, network, and end-user services for an additional four years. In collaboration with Google Cloud, the Wipro FullStride Cloud team will lead the transformation of JLP’s X86 platform to the cloud. This shift will enhance JLP’s agility, optimise operating costs, and streamline business operations, unlocking new business value.

Moreover, Wipro and JLP will explore the adoption of innovative solutions that will further reinforce JLP’s leadership in the retail sector. The partnership underscores JLP’s commitment to staying at the forefront of retail technology and store modernisation, ensuring a sustainable and competitive future in the rapidly evolving retail landscape.
