On December 16, 2024, on the BSE, Zen Technologies share price rose 6.49% to ₹2,306.00 by 1:14 PM (IST), hitting a 52-week high of ₹2,323 during the day, compared to its 52-week low of ₹687.70 on January 24, 2024. This surge came even as the BSE Sensex dropped 390.89 points to 81,718.07 by 1:14 PM. According to BSE data, Zen Technologies saw a total traded volume of 1.71 lakh shares, with a turnover of ₹38.77 crore.

At the current price, Zen Technologies shares are trading at a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 101.64x, based on its trailing 12-month earnings per share (EPS) of ₹22.61, and a price-to-book (P/B) ratio of 12.55, according to exchange data. A higher P/E ratio suggests that investors are willing to pay a premium for the stock, anticipating future growth. The P/B ratio, on the other hand, reflects the market’s valuation of the company’s inherent worth, even in the absence of growth.

EBITDA jumped significantly from ₹19 crore to ₹80 crore, while the profit margin improved to 33.1%, compared to 28.4% in the previous year. As of September 30, 2024, Zen Technologies reported an order book of ₹956.74 crore and raised ₹100 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) during the quarter.
