Brookfield India REIT IPO
Brookfield India REIT IPO worth Rs 3,800 crores will open for subscription on February 3, 2021. The bidding window will remain open only for two days, until February 5. The share price is fixed at Rs 274-275 price band and retail investors will have to bid for a minimum size of 200 shares. Upon successful listing, Brookfield India REIT will become the third REIT to list in the Indian bourses, after Embassy in 2019 and Mindspace in 2020.

Brookfield is the only institutionally managed REIT in India. The company has expertise in developing campus-like office buildings and currently has a portfolio of 14 m square feet of office space development. It has already completed constructing 10.3 m square feet in metro areas of Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram, and Kolkata with 92 percent occupancy.
