Campus Activewear IPO – Details
Campus Activewear (India) Ltd. has filed its Draft Red Herring prospectus (DRHP) with the market regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India, for its proposed initial public offering (IPO). The company is looking to sell up to 4.79 crore equity shares amounting to Rs. 1,400.14 crores through an offer for sale. Promoters Nikhil Agarwal and Hari Krishan Agarwal will be offloading a majority of their shares in this round.
Venture capital firms QRG Enterprises and TPG Growth III SF Pte Ltd., which owns 51% shares in the company, are also looking to cash out in this initial share sale. The public issue will be managed by Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd., BofA Securities, JM Financial and CLSA India Pvt Ltd. Further, 78.21% is the current pre-IPO promoter holdings.
