Adani Total Gas has announced a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share (125% of the face value of ₹1), for the financial year 2024–25. This takes the total dividend for the year to ₹0.50 per share. With this, the dividend yield has gone up slightly to 0.08% from 0.04%.
Interestingly, the company has maintained a consistent dividend payout of ₹0.25 per share over different quarters and financial years, regardless of changes in profit or stock price.
According to the company’s stock exchange filing, “The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹0.25 per fully paid-up equity share of face value ₹1 for FY2024–25, subject to shareholder approval in the upcoming AGM.”
Adani Total Gas reported an 8% drop in net profit to ₹155 crore for the quarter ending March 2025, down from ₹167.96 crore in the same quarter last year. The decline was despite higher city gas distribution volumes.
On a positive note, revenue from operations grew 15.5% year-on-year to ₹1,453.37 crore, up from ₹1,258.37 crore in Q4 FY24. The company’s EBITDA increased slightly by 0.6% to ₹266.4 crore. However, the EBITDA margin narrowed to 19.9% from 20.5% in the previous quarter, reflecting cost pressures.
