Aegis Logistics’ share price traded 11.08% higher to ₹900.90 at noon on the NSE, after opening at ₹807.60, lower than the previous close of ₹811.45. The stock had peaked at ₹924.60 during early trade.

Q2 FY25 Financial Performance

In Q2 FY25, Aegis Logistics achieved significant growth in revenue, with a 42% year-over-year (YoY) increase, reaching ₹1,750 crore, compared to ₹1,235 crore in Q2 FY24. This strong revenue growth was driven by higher logistics volumes and capacity expansion.

However, the company’s EBITDA margin saw a slight contraction, dropping from 18.7% in Q2 FY24 to 13.54% in Q2 FY25.

Despite this, the normalised EBITDA for Q2 FY25 still saw a modest 3% YoY increase, totalling ₹237 crore, compared to ₹231 crore in Q2 FY24.

Aegis also reported a 1% growth in net profit, with Q2 FY25 net profit (PAT) at ₹152 crore, up from ₹150 crore in the same quarter last year.

This indicates that while operational costs may have impacted the margin, the company managed to maintain profitability and generate solid growth in top-line performance.
