Bharti Airtel, one of India’s leading telecommunications service providers, is on a mission to expand its physical presence across the country. The company recently announced the launch of multiple new stores in Jammu, Jodhpur, and Ludhiana, signalling its commitment to providing an enhanced customer experience and showcasing its cutting-edge technologies.
Airtel has bolstered its retail presence in Jammu by opening two new stores in strategic locations – NH-1, Bari brahmana, and Akhnoor Main Market. These additions bring the total number of Airtel-owned stores in the region to 12, offering convenient access to customers and showcasing the full range of Airtel’s offerings, including mobile, broadband, DTH, Xstream, Xsafe, and 5G Plus services.
Jodhpur, Rajasthan, also witnessed the launch of two new Airtel stores, situated in Madhuban and Sec-17/18. These stores aim to provide an unparalleled service experience and cater to the diverse needs of customers in the city. Similar to the Jammu stores, they will display and offer Airtel’s complete portfolio, positioning the company as a one-stop shop for communication solutions.
Airtel’s retail expansion spree reached Ludhiana, Punjab, with the opening of four new stores spread across Shimlapuri Road, Haibowal, Kakowal Road, and Salem Tabri Chowk. These additions increase Airtel’s store count in Ludhiana to 15, emphasizing the company’s focus on the Punjabi market. As with the other locations, these stores will provide customers with a comprehensive range of Airtel’s services and personalized assistance from trained staff.
Commenting on the expansion, Airtel representatives across all three regions highlighted their commitment to “customer obsession.” The new stores embody this principle by offering a convenient and efficient way for customers to interact with Airtel, address their queries, and explore the company’s latest offerings. This focus on customer experience is central to Airtel’s strategy as it expands its physical presence across India.
The new store launches in Jammu, Jodhpur, and Ludhiana are part of Airtel’s broader national retail expansion plan. The company currently boasts 1500 stores across the country, and this number is expected to grow further in the coming months. This strategic move underscores Airtel’s ambition to be easily accessible to its customers and provide them with a seamless omnichannel experience.
Airtel’s expansion of its retail footprint across Jammu, Jodhpur, and Ludhiana reflects the company’s dedication to providing its customers with convenient access to its services and showcasing its cutting-edge technologies. With a focus on customer obsession and a nationwide expansion plan, Airtel is well-positioned to solidify its leading position in the Indian telecommunications market.
