Arisinfra Solutions Limited, a business-to-business (B2B) technology-enabled company operating in a growing construction materials market, has filed the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to float an initial public offering (IPO) to raise 600 crore via fresh issue.

Arisinfra Solutions Limited has appointed JM Financial Limited, IIFL Securities Limited, and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited (formerly known as Edelweiss Securities Limited) as book-running lead managers. In addition, the company has appointed Link Intime India Private Limited as a registrar of the issue.

Purpose of Arisinfra Solutions IPO

The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds raised from the fresh issue for the following:

  • Repayment/prepayment, in full or part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by its Company;
  • Funding the working capital requirements of its Company.
  • Investment in its subsidiary, Buildmex-Infra Private Limited (Buildmex), for funding its working capital requirements.
  • Purchase of partial shareholding from existing shareholders of our Subsidiary, ArisUnitern Re Solutions Private Limited (formerly ArisUnitern Private Limited).
  • General corporate purposes and unidentified inorganic acquisitions.
