Bharat Forge Approves $64.5 Million Infusion into BFA

Bharat Forge’s stock is in focus after the company announced approval to inject $64.50 million into its subsidiary, Bharat Forge America (BFA). The company’s Investment Committee made the decision during a meeting held on December 23, 2024.

Fund Allocation

Out of the total investment, $19.50 million will remain with BFA. BFA will invest another $30 million in Bharat Forge Aluminum USA, a subsidiary of BFA, and $15 million in Bharat Forge PMT Technologie, another subsidiary. These entities will use the funds to repay outstanding borrowings.
