Following the signing of a definitive agreement for a prime land parcel on Whitefield-Hoskote Road in Bengaluru for a residential development covering around 20 acres, Brigade Enterprises’ shares saw heightened interest.
According to the filing, this project is expected to have a saleable area of roughly 2.5 million square feet, with a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹2,700 crore and a total land investment of about ₹630 crore, facilitated through its subsidiary, Ananthay Properties Private Limited.
The design of the project will reflect Brigade’s dedication to providing high-quality, sustainable environments that resonate with Bengaluru’s vibrant urban landscape.
Moreover, the Brigade Group boasts a robust pipeline of forthcoming residential projects, encompassing around 12.61 million square feet of new developments across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
