The newly acquired land parcel encompasses a strategic location spanning 4.6 acres on Old Madras Road. Brigade Group plans to capitalise on these advantages by developing a high-quality residential project on the site. The project is envisioned to offer approximately 0.69 million square feet of saleable space, with a gross development value (GDV) estimated at ₹660 crore.
