DAM Capital Ltd. has set the price band for its ₹840 crore Initial Public Offer (IPO) between ₹269 and ₹283 per share. DAM Capital IPO will open for subscription on Thursday, November 19, and will close on Monday, December 23. This 3-day offering will be a complete Offer For Sale (OFS) of 2.96 crore shares, which translates to a post-issue market capitalization of ₹2,000 crore.
The IPO will include shares sold by various shareholders, including Multiples Alternate Asset Management, Narotam Satyanarayan Seksaria, RBL Bank, Easyaccess Financial Services Ltd., and promoter Dharmesh Mehta.
Dharmesh Mehta, the promoter, will be selling 30.98 lakh shares in the IPO. After the issue, the promoter’s stake will reduce to 45.88%.
Since its establishment in 2019, DAM Capital has successfully executed 72 equity capital market transactions. This includes 27 IPOs, one REIT, 16 Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), six Offer For Sale (OFS), six preferential issues, four rights issues, eight buybacks, and four open offers. The company has also advised on several M&A transactions.
DAM Capital has demonstrated strong financial growth, with the highest revenue growth among its peers at 38.8% and profit growth of 79.4% between FY 2022 and 2024.The company derives 67% of its revenue from investment banking and 28.3% from broking. In the IPO/QIP market, DAM Capital held a 12.1% market share in FY 2024.
