DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Limited has recently secured a significant service contract from Adani, involving the provision of DGCA certified drone pilot training. This marks a noteworthy milestone in the integration of drone technology within large enterprises like Adani.

Mr. Prateek Srivastava, the Founder and Managing Director of DroneAcharya, expressed his views on this occasion, stating, “The adoption of drones by a significant player like Adani not only signifies a major advancement but also acts as a catalyst for similar companies to embrace this innovative technology. Drones offer versatile benefits including volume estimation, asset inspection, hotspot detection, crop health monitoring, surveillance, encroachment detection, and meeting customized project requirements.”
Established in 2017, Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Ltd specializes in offering services such as drone operation training, supply and maintenance, as well as management consultancy and training services.
The geographical distribution of values indicates that Maharashtra leads with 56.82%, followed by Andhra Pradesh with 13.17%, and Tamil Nadu with 11.88%. Telangana accounts for 6.07%, while Singapore contributes 5.02%. Karnataka holds 2.66%, with the remaining portion distributed among other regions amounting to 4.38%. This suggests that DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations operates exclusively within India, showcasing potential for growth and expansion within the country.
Examining the shareholding pattern, it is observed that the public holds the majority stake at 70.49% as of September 2023, while the promoter maintains a 28.21% stake during the same period. Notably, there are no pledged percentages observed.
