Genus Gamma Smart Metering Private Limited is incorporated to execute the Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider contract to manufacture all types of smart, advanced, and prepaid meters.
All the three newly incorporated wholly subsidiaries’ registered offices are located in Rajasthan.
Earlier this month, on May 1, 2024, Genus Power Infrastructures Limited incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Genus Alfa Smart Metering Private Limited, which is also engaged in the manufacturing of all types of smart, advanced, and prepaid meters.
