The Board of Directors of Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has declared and approved an interim dividend of ₹2.05 per equity share for FY 2025, with each share having a face value of ₹10.
In a filing with the stock exchanges, HUDCO’s Board of Directors, in a meeting held on January 22, 2025, approved an interim dividend of ₹2.05 per equity share (20.50% of the face value of ₹10 per share) for the financial year 2024-25. The record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the interim dividend has been set as January 30, 2025.
The company further stated that the payment of the interim dividend will be completed within 30 days of the declaration. Investors who wish to receive the dividend must own HUDCO shares by the end of the record date, meaning the last day to purchase shares and qualify for the payout is January 28, 2025.
