The share allotment was finalised on Monday, February 10, 2025, and the shares were listed on NSE SME on February 12, 2025.
On the listing day, on the NSE, Ken Enterprises share price opened at ₹85.00, down from its issue price of ₹94.00. At 10:05 AM, the share price was trading at ₹80.75, down by 5% from its opening price of ₹85.00. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s low at ₹80.75. The company’s market cap was ₹198.37 crore.
Ken Enterprises operates as a design-to-delivery solutions provider for both greige and finished fabrics, serving domestic and export markets. It exports regular and sustainable greige and finished fabrics to over 10 countries. As an approved vendor for leading international brands such as ZARA (Inditex Group), Target, and Primark, the company offers a diverse range of fabrics, including structures, seer suckers, double-layer, three-layer, four-layer, chambrays, and fashion fabrics with metallic yarns. These fabrics cater to various applications, including women’s fashion wear, men’s and kids’ shirts, home textiles, embroidery, and light canvas, among others.
