Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a licence agreement for the establishment of Lemon Tree Resort, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and is expected to commence operations in the financial year 2026.

State-of-the-Art Amenities and Strategic Location

Lemon Tree Resort, Chittorgarh, will feature 98 well-appointed rooms along with a range of premium facilities, including a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, bar, spa, fitness centre, and swimming pool. The resort will be located approximately 102 kilometres from Maharana Pratap Airport in Udaipur and 18 kilometres from Chittorgarh Junction. It is well-connected by road, ensuring easy accessibility for both public and private transport.

Strengthening Presence in Rajasthan

Vilas Pawar, CEO of Managed & Franchise Business at Lemon Tree Hotels, expressed enthusiasm about the new signing, highlighting that this expansion reinforces the brand’s growing footprint in Rajasthan. The company already operates nine hotels in the state, with six more in development. Lemon Tree Hotels continues to enhance its presence in key tourist destinations known for their rich cultural heritage.

Lemon Tree Hotels Share Performance

As of February 24, 2025, at 11:25 AM, the shares of Lemon Tree are trading at ₹128.15 per share, reflecting a decline of 2.60% from the previous closing price. Over the past month, the stock has registered a loss of 5.52%. The stock’s 52-week high stands at ₹162.40 per share while its 52-week low is ₹112.29 per share.
