On February 19, 2025, Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) share price traded 1.02% lower at ₹2,760 at 11:42 AM (IST). Mahindra & Mahindra’s share price reached a 52-week high of ₹3,276.30 on February 10, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹1,790 on March 15, 2025. As per BSE, the total traded volume for the stock stood at 0.28 lakh shares with a turnover of ₹7.82 crore.

At the current price, Mahindra & Mahindra shares are trading at a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 29.97x, based on its trailing 12-month earnings per share (EPS) of ₹92.13, and a price-to-book (P/B) ratio of 6.12, according to exchange data.

Shareholding Details

As of December 31, 2024, Mahindra & Mahindra promoters held 18.48% of the shares, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) owned 38.92%, and Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) held 29.22%.

Mahindra & Mahindra Q3 FY25 Results

Automaker Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) reported a 19.6% rise in its consolidated net profit for the third quarter (Q3) of the financial year 2024-25 (FY25), reaching ₹3,180.58 crore, compared to ₹2,658.40 crore in the same period last year.

The growth was primarily driven by strong demand for its sport utility vehicles (SUVs) and tractors. The company’s consolidated revenue from operations rose 17.7% year-on-year (Y-o-Y) to ₹41,464.98 crore from ₹35,218.32 crore.

M&M’s consolidated profit includes earnings from its financial services, IT, hospitality, and other business segments. On a standalone basis, the company posted a 19% increase in profit, reaching ₹2,964 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to ₹2,490 crore in the same quarter last year.
