Mazda Ltd, a leading engineering company, has set January 28, 2025, as the record date for the sub-division of its equity shares, where each ₹10 shares will be split into five ₹2 shares, as approved by shareholders through a postal ballot.

Q2 FY25 Financial Highlights

Mazda Ltd. reported a revenue of ₹56.79 crore for the quarter ending September 30, 2024, up from ₹36.17 crore in the April-June 2024 quarter.

The company’s net profit for the quarter was ₹8.98 crore, compared to ₹2.90 crore in Q1FY25. The earnings per share (EPS) for the second quarter of FY25 stood at ₹22.42.

Share Price Movement

Shares of Mazda Ltd were trading 3.30% higher at ₹1,797 on the NSE at 11:20 AM, marking a rise for the second consecutive session. The stock opened at ₹1,754, up from the previous close of ₹1,739.55, and reached a day’s high of ₹1,849.65 during early trade. Mazda’s shares had gained over 12% in the previous trading session.
