RITES Signs MoU with CWPRS for Engineering Consultancy and R&D Collaboration

RITES Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Central Water and Power Research Station (CWPRS), a leading R&D organization under the Department of Water Resources, River Development, and Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti.

Scope of the Collaboration

The partnership aims to strengthen cooperation in engineering consultancy services and research & development projects related to water resources, and marine, and inland waterways infrastructure.

The MoU will facilitate knowledge exchange and technical expertise between the two organisations, contributing to sustainable infrastructure development in the sector.

Stock Performance

On February 20, 2025, RITES share price traded 5.28% higher at ₹224.40 at 10:03 AM (IST). RITES’s share price reached a 52-week high of ₹413.08, and a 52-week low of ₹200.35. As per BSE, the total traded volume for the stock stood at 1.53 lakh shares with a turnover of ₹3.41 crore.

At the current price, RITES shares are trading at a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 29.22x, based on its trailing 12-month earnings per share (EPS) of ₹7.68, and a price-to-book (P/B) ratio of 4.35, according to exchange data.
