Saksoft Limited has announced the acquisition of ZeTechno, a Hyderabad-based ServiceNow partner specialising in digital transformation services.
The company stated that this strategic acquisition will bolster Saksoft’s expertise in ServiceNow implementation, consulting, and custom application development, further reinforcing its position as a leading enterprise digital transformation partner.
Founded in 2017 by Vidyasagar Patro, ZeTechno has built a reputation for delivering exceptional digital experiences across ServiceNow’s technology, customer, employee, and custom workflows. Their expertise enables organisations to streamline operations, optimise customer engagement, and make data-driven decisions, driving superior business outcomes.
The transaction is expected to be finalised within four weeks, subject to customary closing conditions. This partnership aligns with Saksoft’s commitment to expanding its digital transformation offerings, encompassing solutions in cloud, data, AI, and enterprise platforms. The acquisition marks a significant step in Saksoft’s journey toward becoming a comprehensive digital transformation partner for global enterprises.
