Sobha Limited has announced its operational performance for the quarter ending December 31, 2024, reporting a 17.8% growth in sales value compared to the previous quarter. The real estate major achieved sales worth ₹13.88 billion with a new sales area of 1.01 million square feet (sft) at an average price of ₹13,663 per sft.
Bangalore continued to dominate Sobha’s sales, contributing 72.1% of the total sales value. The city recorded sales worth ₹10.01 billion with 722,886 sft sold, reflecting a robust 64.5% increase compared to the previous quarter. The launch of Sobha Ayana, which accounted for more than half of the sales value in Bangalore, played a pivotal role in this growth.
A notable launch during the quarter was Sobha Ayana in Bangalore.
The strategic location has helped fuel demand, further cementing Sobha’s presence in the region.
