Spandana Sphoorty Q2 FY25 Results

Spandana Sphoorty reported key financial and operational highlights for Q2FY25. The company’s AUM stood at ₹10,537 Cr, reflecting an 8% YoY growth from ₹9,784 Cr in Q2FY24. While the focus during the quarter was on serving existing borrowers, disbursements dropped 40%, totalling ₹1,514 Cr compared to ₹2,512 Cr in Q2FY24, with H1FY25 disbursement showing a 9% decline YoY at ₹3,798 Cr. Asset quality was impacted by temporary disruptions, with GNPA rising to 4.86% (up from 2.60% in June 2024) and NNPA at 0.99% (up from 0.53%).

The Provision Coverage Ratio (PCR) was maintained at 79.66%. Collection efficiency showed a decline, with gross collection efficiency at 93.7% (down from 97.5% in Q1FY25) and net collection efficiency at 90.8% (down from 94.0% in Q1FY25).
