On July 10, Indian markets closed lower. The Nifty 50 slipped 120.85 points (0.47%) to 25,355.25. The Sensex fell by 345.80 points (0.41%) to finish at 83,190.28.
Stocks to Watch on July 11
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)
TCS kicked off the June quarter earnings but disappointed investors. Its revenue dropped 3.3% in constant currency terms, worse than the expected 1.4% decline. Total revenue fell 1.6% to ₹63,437 crore, missing estimates.
Hindustan Unilever (HUL)
HUL announced a leadership change. Priya Nair, who currently leads Beauty & Wellbeing at Unilever, will become CEO and MD from August 1 and join the board.
Zee Entertainment
Zee faced another setback as shareholders rejected a ₹2,237 crore preferential warrant issue aimed at raising funds. About 40% voted against it, falling short of the 75% approval needed.
JSW Infrastructure
JSW Infrastructure secured approval from creditors to acquire NCR Rail Infrastructure through the insolvency process, removing a key obstacle in the takeover.
Tata Elxsi
Tata Elxsi posted a weak quarter. Profits fell 21% sequentially to ₹144.36 crore. Revenue dropped 1.8% to ₹892 crore, lower than the expected ₹908 crore.
Anand Rathi Wealth
Anand Rathi Wealth reported strong Q1 numbers. Net profit rose 27.9% year-on-year to ₹93.9 crore. Revenue grew 15.3% and EBITDA increased 30%.
IREDA
State-run IREDA saw net profit slump 35.7% to ₹247 crore in Q1 FY26, even as revenue climbed nearly 29% to ₹1,947 crore. The profit drop was due to rising bad loans, with gross NPAs jumping to 4.13% from 2.45% in the previous quarter.
Birla Corporation
Birla Corp was named the preferred bidder for the Tadas Limestone Block-II in Rajasthan. This will help secure key raw materials for its cement business in northern India.
Aegis Logistics
Aegis Logistics transferred its new LPG cryogenic terminal at Pipavav to Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited via a slump sale as a going concern.
