On March 20, 2025, Tanla shares price snapped their 2-day gaining streak and fell ~3%, reaching a day low of ₹503.60 at 10:20 AM after opening at ₹521.75 on BSE. The shares of Tanla Platform are currently trading below its 52-week low-high average, where the 52-week high stands at ₹1,086.05 while the 52-week low is at ₹409.40. In the past 2 trading sessions, Tanla share price has soared around 23% and touched a high of ₹532.00 on March 19, 2025.

Tanla Platform Business Development During Q3FY25

During the quarter, Tanla achieved several significant milestones. The company delivered one billion RCS business messages in a single month, solidifying its position as one of the leading global players in the field. It was also recognized as the ‘RCS Growth Partner of the Year 2024’ by Google. Additionally, Tanla became the first to launch and implement PE/TM binding on its Trubloq platform.

The company improved its S&P Global ESG Score, scoring 74, up from 68 in 2023. In governance news, Ms Naiyya Saggi was appointed as an Independent Director to the Board. Furthermore, in line with its capital allocation policy, the Board approved an interim dividend of ₹6 per share, reflecting the company’s commitment to returning value to shareholders.

Management Take on Q3FY25

Uday Reddy, Founder Chairman & CEO, said, “Our strategic investments in OTT and the scaling of our platforms are enabling us to navigate changing market dynamics effectively. We delivered one billion RCS messages in a month, demonstrating our ability to scale. We also generated a robust free cash flow of ₹ 217 Cr (183% of PAT) in this quarter.”
