The total issue size is ₹410.05 crore, including a fresh issue of 1.50 crore shares worth ₹210 crore and an offer for sale of 1.43 crore shares totaling ₹200.05 crore. The price range is set between ₹133 and ₹140 per share, with bidding available in lots of 107 shares.
The Quadrant Future Tek IPO will be available for subscription from January 7 to January 9. This book-built issue is valued at ₹290 crore and involves a fresh issuance of 1 crore shares. The price band is set between ₹275 and ₹290 per share. Sundae Capital Advisors is the book-running lead manager, and Link Intime India Private Ltd is the registrar.
The Capital Infra Trust Invit IPO will be open for subscription from January 7 to January 9. The issue size is ₹1,578 crore, consisting of a fresh issue of 10.77 crore shares worth ₹1,077 crore and an offer for sale of 5.01 crore shares amounting to ₹501 crore. The price band is set between ₹99 and ₹100 per share.
The Indobell Insulation IPO will open for subscription from January 6 to January 8. This fixed-price issue is valued at ₹10.14 crore, offering 22.05 lakh new shares at ₹46 per share.
The B.R.Goyal IPO will be open for subscription from January 7 to January 9. The book-built offering is worth ₹85.21 crore, with 63.12 lakh new shares. The price range is set between ₹128 and ₹135 per share.
The Delta Autocorp IPO will be available for subscription from January 7 to January 9. This book-built issue is valued at ₹54.60 crore, consisting of a fresh issue of 38.88 lakh shares worth ₹50.54 crore, along with an offer for sale of 3.12 lakh shares totalling ₹4.06 crore. The price band is between ₹123 and ₹130 per share.
The Avax Apparels and Ornaments IPO will open for subscription from January 7 to January 9. This fixed-price issue is valued at ₹1.92 crore, offering 2.74 lakh new shares at ₹70 per share.
The Sat Kartar Shopping IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹33.80 crore, offering 41.73 lakh new shares. The IPO opens for subscription from January 10, 2025, to January 14, 2025, with a price band between ₹77 and ₹81 per share.
The Barflex Polyfilms IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹39.42 crore, consisting of a fresh issue of 20.53 lakh shares totalling ₹12.32 crore and an offer for sale of 45.17 lakh shares amounting to ₹27.10 crore. The IPO opens for subscription from January 10, 2025, to January 15, 2025, with a price band between ₹57 and ₹60 per share.
