Robust Financial Growth

V2 Retail reported ₹591.03 crore in standalone revenue for Q3 FY25, marking a 58% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to ₹373.76 crore in Q3 FY24. Over the last three years, the revenue growth trajectory highlights the company’s ability to capitalise on evolving market trends.

Impressive Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG)

The company achieved a Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) of approximately 25% during Q3 FY25, reflecting improved consumer sentiment and operational efficiency. For the 9 months ending December 2024, SSSG stood at 31%, underscoring sustained business momentum.

Operational Efficiency and Expansion

  • Sales per Square Foot (PSF): V2 Retail’s PSF rose to ₹1,219 in Q3 FY25 from ₹1,085 in Q3 FY24, showcasing higher productivity per retail space.
  • Store Network: The company added 21 new stores in the quarter, taking the total count to 160 stores with a retail area of approximately 17.22 lakh sq. ft.
  • Expansion Strategy: Over the 9-month period, 45 new stores were opened while only 2 were closed, indicating the brand’s acceptance across markets.

Key Highlights for 9M FY25

For the nine months ended December 31, 2024, V2 Retail reported:

  • Revenue Growth: Standalone revenue surged 59% to ₹1,385.19 crore, already surpassing FY24’s full-year revenue.
  • Sales per square feet per month (PSF) Improvement: PSF increased to ₹1,069 from ₹862 in the prior year’s nine-month period.
