Domestic indices were trading in green today, with sectoral indices S&P BSE Realty, S&P BSE Utilities and S&P BSE Consumer Durables in the green. Significant losses were observed in the technology, information technology, and healthcare sectors.
At 10:00 am, the BSE Sensex jumped 0.42% reaching a level of 74,195. The Nifty 50 index soared 0.34% to the 22,565 level. On the Sensex, Mahindra and Mahindra, Bajaj Finance and Larsen & Toubro were among the top gainers, whereas Infosys, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Tata Consultancy Services of India were among the market draggers.

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd experienced a remarkable surge in trading volume today, falling around 5% to an intraday low of Rs 673.55 per share on the BSE. Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited, incorporated in 2011, is engaged in the business of manufacturing, designing, building and servicing technologically advanced products and systems for the electricity network.
Shares of One 97 Communications Ltd, which recently touched an upper circuit on the bourses, faced significant buying pressure today. The stock jumped 1.5%, reaching an intraday high of Rs 396.35 per share on the BSE, giving a clarification that Adani is in talks with Sharma to acquire a stake in Paytm.
Shares Affordable Robotic & Automation Ltd experienced a 2.93 time surge in trading volume today, plunging around 8% to reach an intraday high of Rs 675 per share on the BSE. The company announced its financial results for the period ended March 31, 2024 on May 30, 2024.
