On June 13, 2024, Wipro, a top technology services and consulting company, announced a strategic partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). They are launching a new GenAI solution at Wipro’s Customer Experience Center in the Cloud Studio’s Kodathi office. This solution will use Wipro’s Smart Operations platform and HPE’s Machine Learning Development Environment to improve operational efficiency and customer experience for clients worldwide.
Based on field tests, the new solution aims to cut the time needed to resolve issues with GenAI applications by about 50%. It will also reduce the number of incidents by 30%, improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and shorten process cycle times to enhance ongoing operations. This solution will significantly benefit industries that depend heavily on customer service, IT support, and operations, such as financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Additionally, the solution will allow clients to choose from various large language models (LLMs) that best suit their specific business needs.
