WPIL Limited, through its European subsidiary Gruppo Aturia, has announced the acquisition of 100% shareholding in MISA S.R.L, an Italian company renowned for its expertise in large pumping stations and hydro turbine solutions. This acquisition, dated January 7, 2025, aims to bolster WPIL’s footprint in Europe and North Africa. The share price of WPIL opened higher on January 8, registering a gain of 1.31% at 9.30 AM.
