The Company has been taken over by Mr. Abhishek Bansal pursuant to an open offer which resulted in change of control.
Pursuant to the change in control of the Company, the Company has become a part of ABans Group of Companies and hence to reflect the group name, the name of the Company has been changed from Matru-Smriti Traders Limited to ABans Enterprises Limited. Mr. Abhishek Bansal is the promoter of ABans Group of Companies.
The company is currently involved in the business of trading, processing, broking and consulting in all kind of commodities, agricultural products, base metals, precious metals and stones and trading in commodities, shares and derivatives of all kind in electronic exchanges.
