About Akash Infraprojects
The company was originally incorporated at Gandhinagar in Gujarat as 'Akash Infra Private Limited' on May 14, 1999, as a Private Limited Company under the companies Act 1956. Pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on August 31, 2016 the name of the company was changed to 'Akash infra Projects Limited' vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 27, 2016, which was issued by the Registrar of companies.
Since the incorporation in the state of Gujarat the company is engaged into the business of civil construction and has undertaken various government contracts for construction of roads, resurfacing, widening repairs of roads and minor bridges etc, and also the company has proven track record of successful completion of various road projects. The company has grown in size from the rich experience of promoters and dedicated team of engineers, technicians and also has expanded its operation because of their association with the company.
