Further, the name of the Company changed from 'ANI Instruments Private Limited' to 'ANI Integrated Services Private Limited' as the changed name indicates the scope and nature of business more appropriately. Subsequently, The company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to 'ANI Integrated Services Limited' on 28th September, 2017 ANI Integrated is an ISO 9001 certified company and engaged in the business of manpower deputation to the organized sector for providing engineering services such as Erection and Installation of Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical Turnkey Projects, Operations and Maintenance, Commissioning Assistance and Shutdown services.
